Michael Stephen Clark, 87, of Grand Island, passed away Monday, September 18, 2023. Born in Norfolk, Virginia, he moved to Grand Island in 1994 from Live Oak, Texas.
He was a Fire Department Engineer and was Baptist. He was a model train enthusiast. Michael served in the U.S. Navy and U.S. Air Force during the Korean War and in Vietnam.
He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Sylvia L. Clark of Grand Island, FL; son, Charles Wayne (Betty) Clark of Crosby, TX; son, John Douglas (Sharon) Clark of La Porte, TX; daughter, Patricia Lynn Wightman, of Mount Dora, FL; 6 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
Michael will be laid to rest at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, Florida.
