A Leesburg man was arrested for trespassing at a residence he was warned away from about a month prior.

Police responded to an undisclosed Leesburg residence in reference to a trespasser at about 11:55 p.m. Sunday, according to an arrest report from the Leesburg Police Department.

Upon arrival, the officer observed 47-year-old Desmond Seymore Harris on the property knocking on the front door of the residence, the report said.

It was then confirmed that Harris was previously issued a trespass warning from that location on Aug. 8, the report said. He was also arrested for exposing himself in a food bank parking lot in March 2021.

Harris was subsequently arrested and charged with trespass after warning. He was transported to the Lake County Jail and released of his own recognizance. He is responsible for appearing in court on Oct. 11.
