David Ray Otwell, 34, of Tavares, FL, passed away at his home on August 12, 2022, from complications of End Stage Renal Disease.
David was born on August 5, 1988, in Columbus, GA, to his parents: Ronnie and Alma Otwell.
David is survived by his parents: Ronnie and Alma Otwell; Sister: Rhiannon (Jody) Holloway of Cataula, GA; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
