Anna Tina Romanyk passed away peacefully on December 3, 2021 with her family by her side. Anna was born in Chicago, IL on October 17, 1961.

True to a Fault, Anna was a superb example of motherly love. Her compassion could be felt by those near and dear to her heart or miles apart. Caring for others was exuberating for her. A home cooked meal, a place to stay, a hand to hold, Anna was always keen on what others needed. Anna had a passion for art and enjoyed taking ceramics classes and created beautiful pieces. A clear table and a puzzle box, could ease her mind and make for an enjoyable evening for her. Just as dedicated to her family, she was also dedicated to her career where she held a position with the Cook County Accessor’s Office for almost 20 years. With a sparkle in her eye, anyone could see that Anna was always ready to rock and roll. With a song and a cocktail, Anna would be ready to light up the dance floor or jam out to a great tune but her true glory was ensuring that the ones she loved were always cared for, even if that meant putting them in front of her own needs. Her selflessness is what made her the loving matriarch of this family. Her spirit will live on through her pride and joy, her children and grandchildren. Anna is preceded in death by her loving husband, Richard C. Zameda and is survived by her loving children, Nicole (Jason) Wisniewski, Nichole (Aaron) Hoskinson, Shane (Samara) Burnett, Brandon (Ashley) Burnett, Justin (Ciara) Zameda; her brothers and sisters Maria, Wally, Olga, Irene, Ray; preceded in death by her brothers Peter and Dmytro. Anna is survived by her 14 adoring grandchildren; and 1 great granddaughter.

To respect her wishes, a private immediate family memorial will be held to commemorate her life
