Debra Lynn Carter Possee was born on October 12th, 1959 in Bridgeton, New Jersey. She departed this life in Colquitt, Georgia on September 12th, 2021.
She left behind a husband, Jimmy of 42 years, her oldest daughter June Elizabeth and her youngest daughter Jessica Lynn (Robert) and her only two grandchildren: Madisyn Ruth and Hannah Lynn. They called her Meme. She loved spending every moment she could with them. She is also survived by two brothers Mark Carter of Virginia and Roger Osborn of Georgia; two sisters Janet (Robert) of Georgia and Martha (Kevin) of South Carolina.
She was a graduate from Leesburg High School, class of 1978, in Leesburg, Florida. She was a bank teller by profession. She loved to play the piano. She also was such an encourager to people by calling them up to check on them or she would send them cards in the mail. She was a Christian (Baptist) and she was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Fruitland Park, Fl.
