A 35-year-old man was arrested early Saturday after allegedly making calls of a sexual nature to dispatchers at the Leesburg Police Department.

Dispatchers said the calls were received at 4:58, 4:59 and 5:09 a.m. and Hubbard implored the dispatches to come see him as he was “horny,” according to an arrest report. He also made moaning sounds and sexual requests.

The dispatchers notified patrol officers that they had received calls from Jess Hubbard who was found in the 100 block of Perkins Street.

While talking to the officers, he again called 911 and at that point the officers placed him under arrest. A criminal records check showed that Hubbard had previously been convicted of false 911 calls in 2016 and 2017.

Hubbard was arrested on a charge of with making false 911 calls. He was booked at the Lake County Jail. Bond was set at $500.
