A woman was arrested during an eviction process at a Leesburg apartment complex.
Montina Long, 38, was arrested on a charge of trespassing Wednesday when she refused to leave her apartment at the Laurel Oak Apartments.
When Lake County sheriff’s deputies arrived on the scene she would not open the door.
The arrest report noted that management had gone through all of the proper steps of the eviction process.
Long was taken into custody and booked at the Lake County Jail. Two children at the apartment were turned over to relatives.
