A woman has been charged with pawning items stolen from Lowe’s home improvement in Leesburg.
Kelly Lee Lynn, 28, of Leesburg has been charged with fraud and theft in connection with driving a blue Hyundai in May and waiting for a male companion at the store. He stole a chainsaw from the store and got into her waiting vehicle, according to an arrest report from the Leesburg Police Department. She was tracked down through her license plate.
It was determined that she and her male companion had pawned several items, included merchandise believed to have been previously stolen from Lowe’s.
The Georgia native was booked Friday on charges of dealing in stolen property and theft. She was booked at the Lake County Jail on $6,000 bond.
