Firefighters put out blaze in carport at home in Leesburg subdivision

Firefighters quickly extinguished a fire which broke out Thursday night in the carport of a home in the Stock Subdivision in Leesburg.

The Leesburg Fire Department responded at about 10 p.m. to the home where the small fire was quickly identified and put out. The fire did not reach the rest of the home. There were no injuries reported.

Lake EMS, Lake County Fire Rescue and the Leesburg Police Department also responded to the scene.
