Ernest George Muller, 84, Leesburg, Florida passed away on May 29, 2021 at Tavares Hospice House under the loving care of family and staff of Cornerstone Hospice.

Ernest was born on June 15, 1936 in New York City, New York to his parents Ernest Mueller and Edna (Burtiss) Mueller. He was a former Manager in the Insurance Industry for many years and had worked for Mutual of Omaha, John Hancock, CNA, United Health Care and Humana. He and his beloved wife Rose Marie moved to Winter Park, Florida from Roxbury, New Jersey in 1984 and after her passing, moved to Leesburg, Florida in 2006. He was of the Christian faith and was a member of Congregation Beth Sholom of Leesburg, Florida.

Ernest was a proud Veteran who served in the United Sates Army from 1955 to 1956. He was a former member of the Knights of Columbus. Ernest is survived by his significant other: Marsha Stemerman of Leesburg, FL; two loving daughters: Chrisann Reid and her husband, Tim of The Villages, FL and Rosemarie Jenau and her husband, Hans of Phillips, ME; a loving son: John Alfred Muller and his wife, Louise of Deltona, FL; twelve grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, his beloved wife, Rose Marie Muller and a beloved son, Ernest John Muller.

A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, June 5, 2021 at 2:00PM at Page-Theus Funeral Home Chapel, Leesburg with Rabbi Karen Allen officiating. Inurnment will take place at a later date at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, Florida with military honors, where he will be laid to rest with his beloved wife
