Joseph Gorby went to be at peace with the Lord after a battle with cancer. He will be missed by many.
Joseph is survived by his wife Elaine Gorby, a son Alan Gorby, a brother Richard Gorby, a granddaughter Lindsey Gorby, a grandson Matthiew Gorby, a step granddaughter Courtney Wolfe, a great granddaughter Pixie Rose Crosby, and two nephews Brian and Lance Gorby. He has many cousins, great nieces and nephews who will miss him.
Joseph was born in Pine Grove, West Virginia, and lived in Ohio. He worked in the trucking industry for many years and was a police office with the Sidney, Ohio police department. He retired to Leesburg, Florida in 2008. He was loved by many. He always tried to help people, and treated people the way he wanted to be treated.
