The Leesburg Christmas Stroll is coming to downtown Leesburg on Friday, Nov. 27.
The free event will see downtown Leesburg transform into a winter wonderland with lights and decorations throughout the downtown area. Social distancing has been incorporated along the stroll.
A 24-foot high dancing lights Christmas Tree will be lit at the event, which begins at 6 p.m.
Kids will be able to meet with Santa, who will be wearing a mask, in a fun and socially distant way. The event will include performances, festive foods, hayrides, stilt walkers, a juggler, and more, including some inflatables for children.
All downtown shops and restaurants will be open throughout the day. For more information on the event, visit the Leesburg Partnership website.
Earlier this week, the Ocala City Council decided against hosting their annual lighting event, Light Up Ocala.
