Marlis Smith, 85, of Grand Island, Florida, passed away Saturday, November 11, 2023.
Born in Heggen, Germany, she moved to Grand Island in 1971 from Long Island, New York. She was a Self-Employed Beautician and was of Lutheran Faith.
She is survived by Husband, Jack P. Smith of Grand Island, FL; Son, Michael H. Smith of Winter Garden, FL; Daughter, Suzanne J. Christie of Clearwater, FL; Sister, Wilma MacGibbon, NJ; 3 Grandchildren and numerous extended family and friends.
A Celebration of Marlis’s life will be held at the Harden/Pauli Funeral Home, Eustis on Monday, November 20, 2023 at 1:00 PM. Interment will follow at Pine Forest Cemetery, Mount Dora. The family will receive friends at the Harden/Pauli Funeral Home, Eustis on Monday, November 20, 2023 from 12:00 PM till 1:00 PM prior to the service.
