Paul A. Davis, 93, of Eustis, Florida, passed away Wednesday, April 20, 2022.
Born in Richfield, Ohio, he moved to Eustis in 1971 from Richfield. He grew up on a small dairy farm and later helped operate a regional food plant in Akron, Ohio for his father in-law, James Melch. After the move to Florida, he was a carpenter & home builder for a local contractor. Paul later purchased and ran an Orlando Sentinel paper route. He very much loved his family, enjoyed camping with them and working on projects at home; always having something to work on, fix, or improve! Paul was a US Army Veteran serving during the Korean Conflict.
He is predeceased by his wife Marilyn (married 60 years) Paul is survived by his son, Gary L. Davis of Eustis, FL; 2 daughters, Karen S. Brown of Mount Dora, FL, Laura J. Storm of High Springs, FL; 2 sisters, Ethel Stanko of Richfield, OH, Mary Lou Baumberger, Gresham, OR; 5 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held at Harden/Pauli Funeral Home, Eustis on Saturday, May 21, 2022 at 6:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Paul’s name to: Florida Cancer Specialists Foundation at (www.fcsf.org)
