Allen Arthur Fahland, 76, of Leesburg, passed away Monday, August 3, 2020.
Born in Duluth, Minnesota, he moved to Leesburg in 2005 from Jacksonville, FL. Allen honorably served in the U.S. Navy for 30 years and retired in 1992 as a Command Master Chief, which included his service during the Vietnam conflict. Allen was of Protestant faith and was a member of the Mid-Florida Lakes Bocce Club.
He is survived by his Wife of 55 years, Mildred Fahland of Carbonear, Newfoundland; Three Daughters, Faye Ammons of Jacksonville, FL; Allison Fahland of Orange Park, FL; Heather Ceparano of Orange Park, FL; Sister, Cheryl (Stan) Dobosenski of Brainerd, MN; Brother, Daniel (Becky) Fahland of Wrenshall, MN. Grandchildren, Cody, Thomas (Tommy), Penney, Sydney and Cassidy. Great-Granddaughter, Brylee. Fair winds and following seas, we have the watch now Master Chief.
