A Howey-in-the-Hills teen was arrested for animal cruelty after allegedly enticing a dog to lick his genitals while he masturbated.
A deputy responded to an undisclosed Howey-in-the-Hills residence at 9 p.m. Saturday, May 23, regarding 18-year-old Rilie Hunter Shine Weese having sexual relations with a dog, according to an arrest report from the Lake County Sheriff’s Office.
Upon arrival, the deputy met with the dog owner’s mother-in-law, who stated the owner had left in an attempt to calm down. The owner then returned to say that her daughter was at work when she sent the owner a video of Weese masturbating with the dog, the report said.
In the video, Weese was lying in his step-sister’s bed with his underwear and pants around his ankles. He masturbated while a brown and black adult dog licked his genitals. He then appeared to notice the hidden camera, jumped out of the bed and pulled his pants up, the report said.
The deputy then spoke with Weese, who knew law enforcement was there because he was “doing something bad with the dog.” He admitted he was masturbating on his step-sister’s bed while having the dog “help him.” He had enticed the dog to do so and allowed it to continue while he masturbated, the report said.
Weese was arrested on charge of animal cruelty and booked at the Lake County Jail. He was released after posting $2,500 bond.
