A homeless man was arrested for trespassing after refusing to leave a restaurant three times.
An employee of the Breakfast Station, located at 2229 Citrus Blvd., requested that 64-year-old David Francis Bobeck be trespassed from the restaurant around 1:55 p.m., Thursday, April 2, according to an arrest report from the Leesburg Police Department. He was currently sitting outside on their bench after being asked three times to leave.

Upon arrival, an officer found Bobeck still on the bench with his belongings beside him. He advised that he was waiting there for a friend. Dispatch then informed the officer that Bobeck had been previously trespassed from the area on June 22, 2024, which he claimed to be unaware of, the report said.
The Illinois native was subsequently arrested and charged with trespassing. He was booked at Lake County Jail with bond set at $1,000.
He was also arrested in Aug. 2025 for trespassing at Panera in The Villages and in May 2024 for trespassing at Publix.
