Police arrested a man for using the bathroom at a 7-Eleven convenience store.
Officers were called on Dec. 29 to the 7-Eleven at 2605 E. State Road 50 in Clermont after a clerk saw 43-year-old Julio Cesar Cedeno enter the store and head to the restroom, according to an arrest report from the Clermont Police Department.
The clerk was aware that Cedeno had been formally banned from the premises by a Dec. 20 trespass order.
Cedeno was taken into custody on a charge of trespassing. He was booked at the Lake County Jail on $2,000 bond.
