A Weirsdale woman was arrested for driving with a license suspended for habitual traffic offences last year.

An officer got an alert that 65-year-old Roxanne Crisman, the registered owner of a green SUV on State Road 25, had a suspended license at 8:55 a.m. Saturday, July 5, according to an arrest report from the Fruitland Park Police Department.

Crisman had two suspensions on her license from July 23 and Feb. 30, 2024. These were for a financial responsibility and a habitual traffic violator designation meant to suspend her license for 60 months, the report said.

The Illinois native was subsequently stopped and arrested for driving while license suspended (habitual). She was transported to Lake County Jail and released after posting $2,500 bond.
