A deputy stopped a gold Toyota for going 70 mph in a 55-mph zone while headed east on State Road 50 around 11:33 p.m. Thursday, according to an arrest report from the Lake County Sheriff’s Office.

Upon speaking with the driver, identified as 25-year-old Cristian Enrique Sanchez Rincon, the deputy learned he had no ID, license or passport. This was confirmed after running a check on his driving history in which no license for any of the 50 states was found, the report said.

The Venezuela native was then arrested on charge of no driver’s license (never had one). He was transported to the Lake County Jail and released after posting $1,000 bond. Also, a mandatory court date was set for March 5 at the Lake County Courthouse in Tavares.
