In an effort to engage stakeholders in a system of continuous improvement, the Lake County Public Schools Accountability and Assessment office will provide student and parents surveys through May 15.
The surveys can be accessed at the links below and all responses are anonymous. The surveys are hosted by AdvancEd, the school district’s accreditation agency, and IP addresses are not collected.
