COVID-19 vaccination site at Lake Square Mall to accept walk-ins starting Monday

Lake County will be accepting walk-in appointments for the first and second dose Pfizer vaccine beginning Monday, April 19, at the Lake Square Mall immunization site.

Walk-ins will be accepted between 11 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday (April 19 and 20), and 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (April 21-23). The site will be closed on Saturday, April 24.

Appointments may also be made online at myvaccine.fl.gov or via phone through the Sharecare system by calling 866-201-6909 (or 833-476-1031 for TTY users).

Vaccinations are limited to the population outlined in Section 2 of Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis’ Executive Order 21-79. This includes all Floridians eligible to receive any COVID-19 vaccine as prescribed by the Food and Drug Administration, including those aged 16 and up who are eligible for the Pfizer vaccine. Note that those age 16 and 17 will need to have a parent or guardian present. For those walking in to receive the second dose of the Pfizer vaccine, please have your vaccine record card ready.
