Leesburg firefighters battled a boat fire Wednesday.
A crew and battalion chief from Leesburg Fire Rescue responded to the blaze in the area of Huggins Street in the county area of Leesburg. The fire was reported in a boat and the flames also damaged a shed, a report states.
Firefighters from Ladder 63 assisted crews from Lake County Fire Rescue in extinguishing the blaze. No injuries were reported.
