Frank Edward Osborne Sr. (75) of Leesburg, FL passed away peacefully at home on August 29, 2024.
Frank was born in Port Jervis, New York on June 22, 1949, to Florence Hughes Osborne and Clarence Osborn. He was a loving brother to his siblings Kathleen Osborne, who predeceased him; Dolores Bellone (Joseph) of Little River, SC; and Charles Osborne (Eileen) of Staten Island, NY. As a child, he moved to Paterson, NJ. As an adult, Frank lived in Charlotte, NC and then moved to Waxhaw, NC which he genuinely loved. Frank was married on September 25, 2012 until the present day to Jennifer Osborne. After meeting, Frank and Jennifer moved to Cape May, NJ, then back to Waxhaw, NC, and finally to Leesburg, FL.
Frank loved to build and had a natural talent for building. He co-owned Standard Contracting Inc. prior to co-owning Jennco Contracting Inc., with his wife Jennifer. Frank had a profound sense of humor and always made you laugh. If you met him once you would never forget him. He was so loving, and kind and his family always came first. Frank is survived by his wife Jennifer of Leesburg, FL, and his children Lillie Taha Osborne of NC, Frank Edward Osborne, Jr., of NC and his stepchildren, Christopher Voss of Leesburg, FL and Alexis Lecco (Dillon) of Leesburg, FL. Frank loved his niece Stacy (Mark) Johnson of TX and her children Sarah Behrman and Justin Behrman along with his nephew Gerald Cheshire III., of NY and his children Jeryd Cheshire, Kiley Cheshire, and Jayden Cheshire. Frank was blessed to have 4 grandchildren, Nora Taha and Abraham Taha, both of NC, Joseph Osborne, and his brother William Osborne both of NC and 4 step-grandchildren, Lillian Lecco, and her brother Levi along with little sisters, Delilah, and Delaney Lecco all from Leesburg, FL.
