Avie Sikes Keith, age 81, of Umatilla passed away on Wednesday, November 15, 2023.
She was born May 12, 1942 in Darlington, FL. She worked for 32 years as a master cosmetologist and 20 years as an accountant for Home Companions of Lake County, Inc. In her spare time, she loved to play bingo.
She is survived by her son, Richard Curtis Keith of Umatilla, FL; sister, Clara Sue Sikes of Bradenton, FL; and granddaughter, Brittany Elizabeth Keith of Seoul, Korea. She was preceded in death by her husband, J.D. Keith.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 22, 2023 from 9:30AM until 10:30AM at Steverson Hamlin & Hilbish Funeral Home, Tavares. A Graveside Service will follow at Astatula Cemetery at 11:00AM.
