Nancy C. Skelly,of Leesburg, FL: Rochester/Altmar/ Baldwinsville, NY, died peacefully on September 15, 2023 at age 86.
Nancy was predeceased by her loving, caring husband of 62 years, Carl, and her sister Marjorie (David) Berger. A beloved and caring wife, mother, sister, grandmother, great-grand mother, aunt and great friend to many. She is survived by her children, Gary (Kathy) of Cumming, GA, Linda (Ron) Weber of Annville PA, Sheila (John) Sperr of Williamson, NY and Owen (Bernadette) of Cumming, GA. She is survived by her grandchildren, Christina (Justin) Riemenscheider, Sasha Skelly, Gina Skelly, Erin (Ryan) Hoover and their children Heidi and Etta, Hillary (Kyle) Whary and their children Hendriks and Mirabel, Mark (Yolynn) Sperr and their child Lux, Paul Sperr, Matthew Sperr, and Andrew Skelly. She is also survived by nephews Bruce Berger and William Berger.
Nancy always had a positive outlook and was a friend to all. She was a Brownie leader, historian, homemaker and enjoyed sewing, gardening, decorating, mahjongg, bocce, darts, bingo, dancing and shopping.
All are welcome to celebrate at a Memorial Mass on Saturday, September 23, 2023 at 8:30am at St Paul’s Roman Catholic Church, 1330 Sunshine Ave, Leesburg, FL. A Mass of Christian Burial and Interment will take place at a later date.
