Glenda Faye Brantley of Eustis, Florida passed away on Wednesday May 24, 2023 at the age of 85. Glenda was born on February 3, 1938 to her parents Thurman and Martine McKinney in Morgantown, Kentucky. She moved to Florida at a young age with her parents from Knoxville, Tennessee. Her hobbies included crafting, sewing, bowling, and being around her family. She worked as a beautician for many years, before she moved to working as an activities director for many of the facilities here in Lake County.
Glenda is preceded in death by her parents Thurman and Martine McKinney; husband Raymond Brantley; brother Harold McKinney, and son in law Robert Bobby Rose.
Glenda is survived by her son David (Penny) Brantley; daughters Melanie Rose and Madeline Brantley; grandchildren Matthew Lanier, Anna Lisa (Clayton) Ruff, Blake Rose, Nicholas (Caitlyn) Brantley, and Amanda Brantley; great grandchildren Lilly and Andi Ruff, Melanie Lanier, and Kyleigh Brantley.
The family has asked for flowers and/ or donations to be made to Cornerstone Hospice.
