A 73-year-old Leesburg man has died as the result of a crash on U.S. Hwy. 441.
David Reno was at the wheel of a silver 2007 Chevrolet sedan at 11:39 a.m. Wednesday northbound on U.S. Hwy. 441 making a left turn onto Perkins Street when he collided with a 2011 GMC pickup driven by 22-year-old Terrin Lawson, of Leesburg, according to a media release from the Leesburg Police Department.

Reno, Lawson and a passenger in Lawson’s truck, 18-year-old Taraya McBride of Leesburg, were all transported to local hospitals for treatment of injuries suffered in the crash.
Reno later died of his injuries at the hospital.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation by the Leesburg Police Department Traffic Unit.
