Glen Franklin Biggers, 83, of Leesburg, FL, passed away peacefully at home on March 18, 2023. Glen was born in Gallatin, TN to his loving parents; Winfred Merl and Willie Ann (Gammons) Biggers.

Though he was born in Tennessee, at the age of 9 Glen moved to Indianapolis, IN with his family. There he opened his own Auto Body Shop and married the love of his life, Mary. He owned and operated his auto body shop for about 15 years before he worked at Ace Rent a Car until his retirement at the age of 62. Following his retirement, he and Mary moved to Leesburg where Glen enjoyed spending his time fishing and golfing, he also loved music and dancing.. Glen loved working on cars and had a passion for antique vehicles as well. He even had a 1934 Dodge win the award of “Most Original” in the World of Wheels car show.

Glen will be remembered fondly for being artistic, “mechanically inclined” and overall a very talented handyman. He was intelligent, kind, and resourceful.

Glen is survived by his beloved wife of 64 years, Mary, his daughters; Lana Biggers and Gwen Brewington, as well as his brother; Ronie Biggers, and sisters; Pam Kelter and Debbie Huffman, 8 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren, and many loving nieces and nephews

Glen is preceded in death by his parents, a son: David Biggers, a daughter: Michelle Biggers, and a sister: Sharon Biggers.
