Wolfy’s restaurant in Leesburg and its sister eatery in Ocala are up for sale for $3 million.
The sale of the restaurants is being touted as an, “Amazing opportunity to own a piece of history!! Two Iconic restaurants with 40 years of loyal customers.”

Wolfy’s is well-known as a full-service diner offering all-day breakfast, classic diner entrees, a large variety of burgers and hand-crafted sandwiches.
An advertisement indicates that a drive-thru could be added at the Leesburg location, which was totally rebuilt in 2011 after a fire destroyed the entire restaurant. The restaurant is 2,750 square feet and located at 918 N. 14th St.

The Ocala Wolfy’s, which is 2,747 square feet, was built in 1971. It is located at 2159 E. Silver Springs Blvd.
The literature which is part of the potential sale hints at expansion opportunities in the area.
