Marion Elin Beatty, 76, of Leesburg FL, passed away on March 16, 2023. Marion was born on March 11, 1947, in Dorchester, MA, to her loving parents, William and Catherine (Boudreau) Erikson.
Marion spent the first half of her life in Massachusetts until she and her family moved to Leesburg, FL in 1991. Marion enjoyed spending her time painting ceramics, knitting and loved her cats. Marion and her husband, Frank, spent 48 adoring years together until his passing on May 19, 2016, just a month shy of their 49th wedding anniversary. Marion and Frank were inseparable, Marion was truly the love of Frank’s life as was he to her.
Marion will be missed dearly by her beloved family, she is survived by her two sons: Bryan J. Beatty of Leesburg FL, and Robert Beatty and his wife Jennifer of Wilmington, MA. As well as two precious grandchildren: Robert and Madison, several loving nieces and nephews, and a sister-in-law; Pat Beatty.
Marion is preceded in death by her dearest husband, Francis Beatty, and her parents.
