Barbara Jean Herrenkohl Miller was born on Thursday, September 21, 1939, to Kathryn Elaine Deer Herrenkohl and Paul Burgess Herrenkohl in Lesage, West Virginia (outside of Huntington) in a big farmhouse.
Barbara married Lionel Ambrose Miller December 31, 1958. Barbara and Lionel were blessed with three wonderful children, Lionel Alan, Gina Pauline and Cheryl Lynn.
She is survived by her 2 daughters, Gina and Cheryl, 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
She loved her family dearly. She loved her church family at First Christian Church of Central Florida. Her passions in life were her family and her pets. She loved to spend her time planting flowers, painting and watching the many birds and squirrels that frequented her feeders.
Her goal in life was to plant the seed of her faith in Jesus to all that she could. In her last months of life, she tasked her family with carrying that legacy. She will be missed and is greatly loved!
Family and friends are invited to gather in the funeral home chapel on Tuesday, January 24 from 1:30 – 2:30 PM. A graveside ceremony will follow at Lakeside Memory Gardens in Eustis.
