Diane Sue Devereaux, age 81 passed away peacefully on November 18, 2022 in Tavares, FL. She was born on October 22, 1941 in Aurora, IL to the late Carl Frederick Mueller and Elsie Marie Wilhelmina Martin.

She will be lovingly remembered by her husband Richard Paul Devereaux of 27 years, children: Thomas (Tracey) Schmidt of Eagle River WI, Karen (Christopher) Guptill of Umatilla FL, Susan (Troy) Stroud of Leesburg, FL, and Sally (William) Lilly of Groveland FL; grandchildren Kevin, Samantha, Kathy, Jennifer, Robyn, Paul (PJ), Brett and Teana; great grandchildren Carson, Kayleigh, Isabella, Wyatt, Athena, Riley, Wesley, Griffin, Chelsea, Westin, and David. She is also survived by her brother Kenneth (Diane) Mueller and sisters, Carol (Robert) Godman and Debbie (Richard) Ebey; and her beloved dog, Mitzy.

Before retiring to Lady Lake FL she worked for 20 years as a Bingo Clerk for Seminole Bingo in Hollywood, FL. After retiring, she continued to be active with helping to run Bingo in the retirement community where she lived. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, baking, and sewing.

During this difficult time, we realize how much our family and friends mean to us. Your kind expression of sympathy will always be remembered. We are very grateful for your support.

Diane will be laid to rest at the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL.

No funeral or memorial services is immediately planned. The family will notify loved ones in the future when a service is scheduled.
