Charles M. Brown (89) of Leesburg, FL passed away at home on October 18, 2022. He was born in McIntosh, FL.
Charles is survived by his wife of 66 years, Nancy Brown; daughter, Alison Brown; brother, Thomas Brown; granddaughter Ashley Spicer (Willam Spicer); and great grandchildren Alice Spicer and William Spicer.
Charles was in upper management with American General Insurance Company which was a suitable career as he loved motivating and inspiring those he led. Charles grew up on a farm, and his love of the land stayed with him throughout his life, as he always enjoyed having a vegetable garden and keeping his yard in tip top shape. Charles enjoyed playing golf with his friends and his wife Nancy. But, most of all, Charles loved his family and friends dearly and enjoyed spending time with them. He has left many memories and will be sorely missed.
A Graveside service for Charles will be held on Wednesday, October 26 at 11:00 AM at the Antioch Cemetery on SE 189th Avenue in Island Grove, FL.
