The Experimental Aircraft Association Chapter 534’s fly/drive-in pancake breakfast – postponed last weekend because of Hurricane Ian – has been rescheduled for Saturday, Oct. 29, from 9 to 11:30 a.m., in the chapter’s hangar at the Leesburg International Airport.
In addition to enjoying a menu of pancakes (blueberry or plain), sausage patties, coffee, and juice, attendees will have the chance to meet other pilots and aviation enthusiasts, and swap flying stories. You can also view the aircraft building and repair projects that are going on in the hangar and meet Squadron 534 Youth Group members and their mentors.
Plenty of car and plane parking will be available for the event. Use the SunAir Ramp for plane parking and, if you drive, take Wilco Drive off U.S. Hwy. 441, take the first right through the open gate and you will be facing the EAA hangar.
Donations for breakfast will be appreciated. For more information, email or call Paul Adrien at (352) 250-0055.
