Amanda Stearns (Paquette) Lee, born in Manchester, NH on 8/18/1969. Known by Mandy, she died at the age of 53 in Eustis, FL on 9/28/2022.
She graduated from Central HS in 1987 and attended Katherine Gibbs College in Boston, MA. In 1993, she married Russell Lee and later had 3 children: Ryan Lee of Leesburg, FL, Alexandra Lee and Coulter Lee of Eustis, FL. Mandy worked at the Hitchcock Clinic in Manchester, NH and later helped run the family business.
She is survived by her parents, Ronald and Sarah Paquette, who reside in Clermont, FL. She is also survived by her 2 siblings Jennifer Bougie of Clermont, FL and Christian Paquette of Wrentham, MA. Mandy loved her family fiercely, was passionate about animals and loved to cook. She was kind, compassionate and selfless. No matter how great her personal struggles, she was always willing to help others. Her sparkle and zest for life will be missed by all those she left behind.
The family will be holding a private remembrance in Kennebunkport, ME at a location that had special meaning to her. Flowers and correspondence can be sent directly to the Lee family at 209 West Mills Ave, Eustis, FL 32726.
