A delivery driver at Donut King in Leesburg was arrested Thursday morning at the store on South 14th Street on a warrant charging him with nine counts of child pornography.

A judge issued the warrant for 32-year-old James Allen Lawson of Leesburg as the result of an investigation by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.

FDLE agents had received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children which had been informed by Dropbox that nine videos depicting children as young as two years old engaged in sexual intercourse or being used as sexual objects had been uploaded. The agents obtained an I.P. address which belonged to Lawson and had been used to upload the videos to Dropbox. Agents obtained a search warrant for Lawson’s Dropbox account and examined the videos which were the basis of the arrest warrant.

The Dropbox account also contained a video in which Lawson appeared. The agents confirmed that the man in the video matched Lawson’s drivers license photo.

Lake County sheriff’s deputies arrested Lawson and he was booked at the Lake County Jail. He was released after posting $18,000.
