Bert A. Horvath Jr., 91, passed away peacefully at his residence with his beloved wife by his side on September 9, 2022. Bert was born in Worcester, MA on April 26, 1931, to his loving parents: Bert Sr. and Dorothy (Graveline) Horvath.
Bert was a dedicated Veteran of the United States Army and fought in the Korean War. He was a valued employee in the aerospace industry for most of his career. Bert was a perfectionist at everything he did, whether it be constructing rooms in his homes or cooking amazing meals for his family.
He was an animal lover, and was also very passionate about playing the organ. He taught himself how to play through his great fortitude and determination and enjoyed membership in Fletcher organ club with his wife.
Bert met his wife, Rosalee, in Massachusetts while they attended ballroom dancing classes and celebrated 48 wonderful years together. Bert and Rosalee moved to Florida and enjoyed traveling together from cruises with their organ club to touring the National Parks to celebrate their 35th wedding anniversary.
Bert is survived by his dearest wife, Rosalee; four daughters: Dina Tezak, Lisa Sobel, Karen Donikowski, and Darlene Horvath; as well as eight grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
Bert is preceded in death by his parents, and a daughter; Elaine Gordon.
