Frances Smith 88, was called home August 10, 2022. Fran was a long time resident of Leesburg FL.
Fran helped run the family’s business “Smith’s Grocery” while also working for the Lake County School Board. Fran was a sweet, kind and independent woman who loved books and travel. Most of all she loved spending time with family and friends.
She will be missed by her four children: Jeff, Tammy(Socorro), Rick and Kim(Jesse). Six grandchildren: Jeffery, Nicole, Ashley, Josh, Justin (Valerie) and Jarod. Four great grandchildren: Alex, Elenna, Julyan and Olivia. She was reunited in heaven with her husband Harold “Snookie” Smith Jr.
A memorial service will be held Saturday August 20th 10 am graveside at Lone Oak Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by Beyers funeral home.
