Becky J. Anderson, 60, passed away August 9, 2022, in Leesburg, Fl. Becky was born and a lifelong resident of Leesburg, graduating Leesburg High School and Lake/Sumter Community College. She previously worked for Ro-Mac Lumber and Building Supplies and because of her love for children she has been a nanny to several children in the community. For the past 25 years, Becky was a very active and dedicated member of Covenant Life Church of God serving on the leadership team in many areas including women’s ministries, praise & worship team, prayer team, handmaiden teacher to young ladies and church treasurer.
She is survived by her Brothers: Mason (Sheila) Anderson, Fruitland Park, Fl and Jesse Anderson, Chiefland, Fl; nephews John, P. Kiley and Scott; nieces Julie, Aimee, Jolie and Jaycie also 7 great nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her parents, John Clyde and Alfreida Anderson and brother Charlie.
Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m. Saturday, August 20, 2022, in the Beyers Funeral Home Chapel, Leesburg with Pastor Dennis Langford officiating. Visitation will precede the services from 9:00 – 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow the services at Lone Oak Cemetery, Leesburg. The family requests in lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Covenant Life Church of God, 706 Urick Street, Fruitland Park, Fl 34731.
