Beloved daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece, and aspiring nursing student- Rebecca Madison Daily-Unsworth went to be with the Lord on the morning of May 31, 2022. She was born on February 6, 2001, in Leesburg, Florida. Rebecca was an outgoing, ambitious, caring and giving individual. She enjoyed a variety of hobbies including painting, cooking, music, and scuba diving. Becky enjoyed her time working at multiple Publix stores in a variety of departments including the Deli, Grocery, Bakery, and Produce.

Becky volunteered with the Lake County Sheriff’s Explorers. She assisted in teaching youth about bike safety and worked many public events around Lake County. She also became an advanced open water diver through the Explorers’ Scuba program. She traveled to Indiana to participate in the National Law Enforcement Explorer conference.
Becky loved to travel and had traveled to much of the United States and Caribbean. She had plans to visit Japan as well as Ireland to learn more about her family heritage. Some of her favorite foods included spicy noodles, sushi, potato dishes and the mocheta bowl at Fiesta Grande.

Her love of music included artists from Johnny Cash to Nirvana. The last concerts she attended were Kash’d Out and Cydeways. She also had a beautiful singing voice and will always be remembered for her rendition of Wagon Wheel. When Becky was not working, she loved spending time with her many friends.
Her memory and fiery spirit will live on with her parents, her brothers, and all the rest of her family and friends. If you knew Becky, you never wondered what thoughts were going on under that beautiful red hair. She was outspoken and didn’t hesitate to speak her mind. Becky was also extremely proud of her two brothers who both serve in the military. She loved and valued time spent with her family.

Becky is survived by her mother, Stephanie Unsworth and her step-father, Daniel Unsworth; her father, Peter Daily; her brothers, Joey and Garon; her grandparents, Mary Knowles and Gary Connelly; her grandparents, Scott and Ginger Butler; her grandfather, Joseph P Daily Sr.; her aunts and uncles – Laura and Kevin Bass, Josh and Carrie Butler, Joseph and Butler, Kelly and Nathan Kimes, Earl and Sharon Speights, George and Mary Hanneman, and Ken and Linda Sherman; her great aunts and uncles, her 12 precious cousins, and other extended family.

Becky was predeceased by her grandmothers, Keiko Daily and Nancy Daily.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 18th at 10 AM at First Christian Church at 1701 Vine Street in Leesburg, Florida.

In remembrance of Becky’s life, the family asks that any charitable donations be made to the Lake County Animal Shelter or the Lake County Sheriff’s Explorers program.
