Leesburg Fire Rescue battled a blaze in a kitchen Saturday in an empty apartment.
Firefighters arrived at the scene to find light smoke coming from the apartment. Firefighters forced entry into the apartment and found a fire in the kitchen. The fire was extinguished with a water can.
The fire is believed to be accidental in nature.
