A Leesburg man was arrested early Wednesday morning in Wildwood.

A Sumter County sheriff’s deputy, while patrolling on State Road 44, observed a grey SUV drive past with inoperable rear tail lights. The deputy stopped the SUV at the Pilot gas station on SR 44 in Wildwood. The driver gave the deputy a Florida driver’s license which identified the driver as 23-year-old Kezzion Landre Donne Williams.

When the deputy conducted a records check, he found that Williams’ drivers license was suspended indefinitely.

Williams was placed under arrest and was transported to the Sumter County Detention Center in Bushnell. Bond was set at $500 which he posted that day.
