Two people were airlifted Sunday night from the scene of a two-vehicle crash in Leesburg.
Leesburg Fire Rescue arrived on the scene of the crash in the area of County Road 33 and County Road 470 and found both vehicles had sustained heavy damage and there were multiple people with serious injuries.
In addition to the two people who were airlifted, there were two people transported to a local hospital.
