Betty Jean (Dent) Scott, 89, of Leesburg, Florida, went home to be with Jesus on August 24, 2021. She was born on January 16, 1932 and raised in Streator, Illinois.
She is survived by her brother, Harry; her three sister-in-laws, Jo, Norma and Wanda; her three daughters, Cheryl, Kathy and Judy (Terry); her thirteen grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and her precious dog, Sam.
Her family and friends will miss her dearly. We will all miss her infectious laughter and her big hugs and kisses!
