Lena Mae Garvin, age 60, of Leesburg, Florida, a beloved wife, mother, sister, nana and great-grandma was called to Heaven by our Lord on Saturday, August 28, 2021 due to complications from Covid-19. She was born in Crestwell, Oregon on February 8, 1961 to Marion and Ruth Foster.

Lena leaves behind her husband, Bobby; four kids, Wendy, David, Coty, and Rebecca; two siblings, Lane and Linda; along with eighteen grandkids and two great-grandkids.

Lena will always be remembered for the love of her family and friends along with her love for crafts and three dogs, Izzy, Cricket, and Thor. Also her love of Sonic drinks. Oh boy did she love her Sonic drinks. We could not move anywhere that did not have a Sonic within 10 miles.

Lena was loved by everyone, family or not. Everyone called her Nana, even if she wasn’t related to them. She will be forever missed and loved.

A gathering of family and friends for Lena is scheduled Saturday, September 4, 2021 from 9:00AM until 11:00AM and a service immediately after at 11:00AM led by Pastor Price. Lena’s place of rest will be at Greenwood Cemetery in Eustis at the mausoleum following the service.
