The Florida Department of Law Enforcement arrested a 30-year-old Leesburg man after executing a search warrant at his home and finding images depicting child sexual abuse.
FDLE agents arrested 30-year-old Victor Toledo on Sunday on 15 counts of possession of child pornography at 1605 Crest Ave.
The investigation began in May based on information that an online address was being used to share files depicting child sexual abuse. FDLE Cybercrimes Task Force and other members of FDLE, with assistance from Homeland Security, executed the search warrant at Toledo’s residence. During an on-scene digital examination, agents found evidence of child exploitation images involving pre-pubescent children on Toledo’s electronic devices, which were seized for further analysis. There could be additional charges upon completion of forensics exams of his electronic devices.
Toledo was booked at the Lake County Jail and released after posting $30,000 bond.
He had previously been arrested in 2016 on charge of battery of a person over the age of 65.
