John E. Ganus, 85, of Leesburg, passed away Sunday, May 30, 2021.
Born in Bonifay, Florida, he moved to Tavares in the late 1950s from Bonifay. He was the Shipping Manager of Lake Region Packing, Tavares and was a member of Abundant Grace Fellowship. Leesburg. John served his country in the US Army.
He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Janice D. Ganus, Leesburg, FL; 4 sons, Michael (Teresa) Ganus, Mount Dora, FL, Ronald (Kelly) Ganus, Eustis, FL, Kevin (Mona) Ganus, Lady Lake, FL, Daniel (Jennifer) Ganus, Dunnellon, FL; sister, Charlene McLain, Lecanto, FL; 12 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at Lakeside Memory Gardens, Eustis on Monday, June 7, 2021 at 10:00 AM. Flowers are accepted or memorial donations may be made to Cornerstone Hospice, 2445 Lane Park Road, Tavares, FL 32778.
