Donna Marie Holland

Donna Marie Holland (Elliot) was born on December 20,1945 in Cambridge, Massachusetts left to be with the Lord on March 19th 2021.

She was preceded in death by her parents Charles and Mary Elliot (Davidson), her brothers Charles “Charlie” Elliot, William “Billy” Elliot, Edward “Skippy” Elliot and her sister Eileen “Lil” Lyons (Elliot). She is survived by sisters Linda Freeman (Paul), Karen Elliot, Carol McCarthy (Richard) and her brother Walter Elliot (Susan). She was also survived by her daughter Kelly Goss (Mike) and three grand children, Michael Goss (Kayla), Lauren Hattaway (Chad) and Brooke Goss (Neil). Along with many nieces and nephews.

Donna’s proudest accomplishment was her great-grand children: Tristan Hattaway, Logan Hattaway, Mattie Hattaway, Shawn Meyers, Connor Hattaway, Elizabeth Hattaway, Taelor McDonald, Raelyn McDonald, Beau Goss, Elijah Hattaway, Kinsley McDonald.Nothing made her happier than spending time with them.

She worked as a supervisor for Phillips Manufacturing in Canton, Massachusetts and later moved to Florida. She went to work for Publix Supermarkets and retired with 26 years of service as a meat clerk.

Donna was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. She was known to all simply as Grammy. She loved watching the New England Patriots, Boston Red Sox and Boston Bruins. Her hobbies were people watching, watching her favorite TV shows, such as crime shows and WWE. She enjoyed playing her solitaire game, while sipping her chocolate milkshakes.

Donna’s love for everyone was more than the world could describe. Everyone was always considered family and her doors were always open. She was an amazing woman and lived an amazing life.

Donna’s viewing will be held Friday, March 26th, 2021, at Beyers Funeral Home, 1123 W. Main St., Leesburg, from 5:00 till 7:00 pm. Following will be Donna’s Celebration of Life Service at 7:00 pm led by Pastor David Ayris.
