A caregiver has been arrested in the theft of pain pills from an elderly woman in Wildwood.
A detective arrested 61-year-old Debra Ann Krug, of Leesburg, on Friday on a charge of grand theft of a controlled substance. She allegedly stole 10 Hydrocodone pills from the woman who resides in the Parkwood Oaks mobile home park.
The Buffalo, N.Y. native was booked at the Sumter County Detention Center and released after posting $2,000 bond.
